		<description>You might consider radish greens (not the red part that we commonly use, while tossing the nutritious part!) as an additive. As you probably know, radishes grow very fast so one can get many crops of them on a small piece of land in a year. You can check out the nutritional value of the greens: extremely high, including vitamin A which is one of the main nutrients lacking in the local indigenous diet. 
(I lived and worked in Ecuador for nearly 4 years--and gave birth in the small village of Atuntaqui by candle light.)
